This property can be either a Short or Long term rental. In fact, the previous owner had an extremely successful Airbnb rental history prior to us moving in.

Taxes and Fees

Because this is a condo, the taxes are much lower because the tax burden is split among the units. There is no condo association fees. Instead there are trustees. Each owner is a trustee. At this time, we do not collect any association fees or dues. Last year the taxes were approximately $2,000 for the year.
